Making a Perfect Cup of Homemade Instant Coffee

What you Need? 

You need ground coffee powder, milk and sugar.

How to make? 

Add two tea spoons of coffee and two teaspoons of sugar into a cup. Add one teaspoon of hot milk and beat well with a spoon. Add another teaspoon of hot milk and again beat well until its colour changes into a light brown and a smooth texture.

Get one cup of hot milk. Add one teaspoon of above mixture into that hot milk and mix well.

Add sugar according to your taste and your perfect cup of home made coffee is ready.

Winter Protection

Keeping yourself your young once safe in winter is really a big task. You need to take many precautionary measure to avoid attacks of cold. Chest infections, close nose, coughs and fever are outcomes of cold. You should take following necessary steps to keep your kids safe. 

Warm Clothing

Put on your children warn clothing. Choosing a proper dress is really important. You need, highnecks, tights, socks, gloves, head covering and warm top and bottoms. More than once layers of clothes can serve the purpose. Make sure that the clothes you are putting on them are properly dry otherwise will have an opposite effect. 

Another very important thing is that, do not over cover your child. If you will put so many layers of clothes on your child, he/she will be irritate and have difficulty to move easily. Also be sure that your child does not get over warm. Your child should be in normal temperature after wearing the warm clothes. Purpose is to protect her from cold. 

Intake of Proper diet

Proper diet is as important as the the warm clothing. You need from keep your child warm from outside as well as from inside. Soups are a good source to keep the hydration proper as well as warmness from inside. 

Juices containing vitamin C are also good. Seasonal fruits should be taken properly. Make sure that you should not take refrigerated fruits. As these will be too cold to affect your throat. 

Keep your Kids Dry

Regularly change your baby's diaper. Check if they are properly dry. Never leave them with water. Make sure they are  properly dry. 

Skin Care

Skin care is also important during winter. The skin gets dry due to evaporation from skin. Petroleum Jelly is good to keep the skin moisture and avoid too much evaporation. Avoid direct sunlight as it damages your skin during winter.  

Indoor Activities

Give your children indoor activities. Watching their favorite Programs on TV or paying with building blocks, toys, etc will be an attractive activity for your child. You can also think of some art work or similar activities depending on your child's choice. Purpose is to avoid outdoor activities for a long time to avoid the attach of cold.  

Fire Alarm and Hazards 

Keeping your house warm by heaters or any other source of heating may be dangerous. You should check if your fire alarm is working properly. You should also train your children what to do if your house is set on fire. 

If your child gets an attach of cold you should immediately seek your doctor's advice. Take proper diet and medicine and you will stay safe during this winter.

Perfect Omelette

Making a perfect omelette is not very difficult. Its very easy, normally all ingredients are at your home. You just need to follow the proper recipe.

Ingredients:

1. Eggs:                                         two
2. chopped onion                          one small
3. chopped tomatoes                     one small
4. chopped green chili                  one small
5. chopped green coriander          three to four branches
6. Red Chili powder                     to taste
7. salt                                            to taste
8. Oil                                            two table spoon

Recipe: 

1. Beat Eggs in a bowl. 
2. Add ingredients from 2-7 in beaten eggs. 
3. Heat oil in a non stick pan. 
4. Add the beaten eggs in pan. let it cook on a medium flame until light brown. 
5. turn the up side of the omelette down very carefully. Let the other side slightly brown. 
6. Take out omelette in a Plate and enjoy your omelette with bread. 

Quick Recipe: Perfect Omellete

If you have very less time and feeling very hungry. This is the quick recipe for which you normally have all ingredients at home. You would can make it in very less time.

Ingredients: 

Eggs:                           2

Onion:                1 small chopped

red chilli powder:            1/4 teaspoon

salt:                       to taste

oil: two table spoons

Recipe 

1. Take a small bowl and and add all above ingredients except oil and beat well. 
2. Heat oil in frying pan and add above ingredients and spread across the frying pan. 
3. Let it cook on a medium flame. 
4. Turn upside down and let the other side get light brown. 
5. You can take it in a plate. Eat with bread. 

Teenagers Issues

Teenage comprises of Thirteen years to Nineteen years of age. If you have a teenager in your house, you may be worried about him/her. This age is not only a dangerous stage for teenagers themselves but very difficult and mind boggling for parents.

Parents have to be careful if their children are approaching teenage. Dont take it easy. Its the time when your child starts thinking that he/she can do everything on their own, they can take decisions and have better idea of the outer world than their parents. They start thinking about the world in a different way.

These changes are mostly due to physical changes in their bodies. Their hormones levels also change, their also affects their mind. They feel like they are stronger than ever and can do anything and can take better decisions.

However, parents should be aware that this is the stage where their children need more attention and care. If not properly guided, your teenager can go very wrong way and can harm him/herself or any other. So, as parents you should take following measures to help pass your children through age.

1. You should be friendly enough with your teenager that they should discuss and share every aspect of their life with you. 
2. Avoid scolding on their wrong things and try to convince them indirectly, dont be harsh and strict with them. Strictness will blow them up. It will create hatred against you rather teaching them any thing positive. 
3. Try to know their interests and then keep them busy in their field of interest. Its better to provide them opportunities to be busy in some activity rather in leisure keep thinking negatively. Art and drawing is best way that they can transfer their thoughts on canvas. Poetry and storey books are another good way to keep them busy. Its also good to arrange a nice movie and you should watch with your child. You can also take them to picnic. Ask your child to plan about it. He/she will surely like to do it. 
4. You should also keep an eye on your children's friends. Like what kind of friends he/she has and what do they do. 
5. You should also visit your child's school and meet and discuss with their teacher about your child. 
6. If you see any issues with your child you can discuss with her/his teacher and ask for help. 
7. At this age, your child will also start thinking about his/her personality. You will observe that he/she is more keen towards his/her looks, clothing and fashion. You will find them more often in front of a mirror. You should not discourage this attitude, rather help them with making their appearance more attractive. 
8. You must pay attention to your child's diet. It should be a balanced diet that you give them. 
9. If you think that your child's issue is going beyond your control and you are helpless. You should immediately consult a psychologist for your child. They will obviously help you.

Short Cut to be a Millionaire

"I have been much depressed about how to make money in a short while. After I had done my school, my parents wanted me to enter the college. I thought it useless. My parents were not realizing that I have grownup now. This much education was enough for me. I should do something to earn a lot of money.

My parents insisted that I should first complete my education. I told them that education can never be completed as this is a vast process. I quoted them "Get education from cradle to grave" So, this means that education can never be completed. One must leave it some where in between to do other interesting things of life like earning a lot of money.

One day I was passing through a bank I peeped through the glass door, A man carried bundles of currency notes from the counter. My eyes were wide open. I could not believe if one can have this much money. I thought if I had this much money, what could have I done? I would have purchased the world's most expensive car, would have lived in the world's most expensive house.I would have the latest tablet with me for playing games and many other things like this. 

I discussed with a friend who is also fed up of studies and wanted to do something different. He advised me to get registered with employment agency and they will find a job for me. "What the Hell?" This will take months to join that job and after months I will not be able to fulfill my dreams. I asked about any shortcuts. My friend advised about investment in stock exchange. "Oh my God! this is something never passes through my mind" so think about something else. He suggested to get a lottery ticket like Euro-million. "Can't put myself in uncertainty" I replied. "Then go and rob a bank", my friend got angry over me and rushed away. 

The idea clicked me. I have been thinking about it. It was really a great deal to enter into a bank. As I never had a chance to enter into a bank before, therefore it seemed very difficult to enter into a bank and find any suitable place for a robbery. The next day I visited the bank again, I peeped through the door, my eyes were again wide open to see a woman picked bundles of currency notes from the cash counter and put in her bag. I changed my plan, robing a bank was difficult but how about snatching that bag from that middle aged fat women? 

The women came out of the bank carrying the same bag. I stared at her bag. I went to her and when I reached nearby. She looked at me. I got a little confused "May I ....am...hmmm.....I mean.... ummmm" I murmured. The Lady replied, "Oh I got it, you are a needy person". She tossed a coin in the air, I caught it. The lady went away in her car and I tossed the coin once again in the air with anger. I missed a golden opportunity just because of my confusion. I got angry over myself, I could have snatched that bag and run away. 

The next day I once again went to the bank. To my surprise, that women was again there. Again carrying the bag coming out of the bank. I stepped up quickly. I went to the lady. She stared at me. I tried to conceal my confusion. I passed by the lady, took a few steps, returned again to the lady. "Slap, Slap, Oh you wanted to snatch my bag". The woman shouted. She sat in her car and went away. I was again standing behind with my hand on my cheek. 

The third day I went to another bank. This time a man was carrying the same like bag. I felt there were currency bundles in the bag. I was happy because to see this man. It was easy to handle a man rather a fat lady. I snatched the bag and ran away, the man ran after me. I ran and ran, turned into a street and ran into an open door in a house. I was surprised to see a police officer in front of me, asking me what happened to me. I realized that I had entered into a police station. The world was spinning around me. "This is my bag". I murmured. "O...K" The Officer replied with uncertainty. I got my breathe stabled meanwhile. The Officer took my bag and take out the bundles of cash memos."

"What did you do the next day?" when my friend completed his story, I asked him. "I went to an employment agency for registration". 

What Career Will Your Child Have?

This is a very good and interesting debate that what career will your child have? Everyone wants his child to be very intelligent and get a prominent position in his/her life.

Most of the parents wish their children to be doctor, engineer, scientist, lawyer, pilot etc. They don't think otherwise for any other profession.

However, parents should keep in mind several things while upbringing their children and deciding about their career.

Very important thing is that purpose of education should not be to get a highly paid job in future. The purpose of education should be to make good citizens and very well human beings, who can not only support themselves but can also do best for the welfare of mankind.

Parents should be friendly enough with the child to get awareness of what field the child is interested in. This is not very difficult. Parents can judge this from interests of the child.

Parents should always keep a room for child's will of choosing his own subjects and profession. Parents should not impose their wishes on their children. This is because, your child may not give good results in subjects of his parents choice. This is a question of mental ability of and interest of your choice.

If this decision is to be left with your child, this will be a wise decision. This is because your child knows it better, which subjects appeal him better and he can understand in a proper way. If he is interested in fine arts. You should not object it. You should let him go ahead. Your encouragement will give him extra power to fulfill his aim of life.

There are certain other good options, like policeman, teacher, chef, writer, designer, computer expert. mathematician. Manager, accountant etc. This is likely that your child wants to do his own business. But let me assure you, your child will not be able to get optimum results in field of his own choice unless your encouragement is with him.

This is also possible, that your child wants your help to take a decision which career will suit him. At this moment you should be quite honest to give counseling to your child. Never tell him straightaway that he should be a doctor or engineer. Have a good discussion with your child about his interest and you should discover which field will suit him. So, you can help him decide about his good career.
