When Baby Cries!


It becomes a very troublesome moment when your baby is crying continuously but he is too young to tell the reason for crying. This becomes a painful situation for parents how to understand why the baby is crying.

There can be following possibilities which should be kept in mind or check your baby for all these, so that, you can figure out why your baby is crying.

diaper/nappy rash
First of all your check if your baby's diaper needs to be changed or not. Your baby can have nappy rash due to which he/she is crying. You should change the diaper and apply nappy rash cream.

Teething
Your baby may be passing through teething stage. If you know it, give him/her a teether also consult his/her doctor. If you dont know about teething, you should check your babies gums, if these are swollen or turning red. This means that your baby is preparing for teething.

Your baby is Well. 
Check if your baby has fever, your should have thermometer at your home for confirmation of fever.
Also check if your baby is suffering from colic, or any other pain.

Hunger/wants to burp
Also check if your baby has a full stomach. He is not feeling hungry and also attach him/her to your shoulder and pat him on his/her back slowly. He may want to burp.

Clothing
Your baby is not wearing to much clothes. Check if your baby's feeling too cold or hot.

Sleep
You should also check if your baby wants to sleep and wants a comfortable environment for sleeping. Parent know it better when their baby wants to sleep.

Change of Surrounding
Your baby may want to change his/her surroundings. Changing his/her circumstances may also help. Take him/her outside your house or in another room for change of surrounding.

Full body check
check your baby's full body if he/she has any rash, infection on his skin and that she/he is wearing comfortable clothes.

Consult your doctor 
If you check all above, I am sure that your will find out the reason for your baby's crying and you will remove that reason. Parents normally know why their baby's cry. However, if your baby still cries, you should not take it lightly, you should immediately consult your GP.
