Cutting expenses is not easy, but not impossible. Major share of income goes to the utility bills. These can be controlled. Normally we spend too much on rubbish things. Then we take tension about such things. Tension affects our stomach and then our eating habits get disturbed.



We spend on drinks, soft drinks are good but best is drinking clean water. Use of too much coffee is not good for health. Similarly alcohol is dangerous for health. Fast foods should be avoided to a greater extent, like once in a week. uncooked foods are better than those cooked ones. Use of salads & fresh fruits is good for health. cooking will enhance your expenses of gas or electricity.


This is how you can save your health by cutting your expenses. Minimize your use of gas by enhancing consumption of cooked foods. Turn off all lights during day time. During night try to keep the number of lights as minimum to cut energy costs. Never leave running tap while your brushing in the bathrooms.

When you will use healthy food, it will not only save you from utility bills and other expenses but it will also save you from doctors and spending on medicine. When you will cut your expenses, mentally your will feel good and will not suffer from hypertension. Hence your stomach will stay happy.
