Family Planning Struggles

The governments are planning and struggling hard to create awareness about family planning. To what an extent this successful, one has to deeply monitor it. 

Here in European countries, many people keen to have more children to grab child benefits. This means that for parents income is likely to increase if they have more children. 

One of my friends who has done a research on third world countries, told me very interested facts. In 3rd World governments spend a lot on family planning and awareness to have less children for better upbringing of them so that the burden on country's resources should also be minimized. As far as the people are concerned, they don't seem to be interested in family planning. They think differently. According to these people, having more children means more income. Though the governments don't pay any child benefits to people. People don't educate their children, they send them to work. Little children go to gather litter from streets and then earning a few coins. 

Many other children whose parents are involved in begging, also go to begging in very young age like 3,4 years. Such parents wish more and more children so that, they can send them on begging to earn some living for them. These kind of beggars are called professional beggars. 

This is also a fact that in 3rd word countries, the parents producing more children are living below poverty line i.e., they earn less than 5USD a day. Hence they make their children a source of earn a living. 

Now what are the consequences of all this? The consequences are very dangerous. This means that population of professional beggars is increasing to a greater extent, creating a population which is merely a burden on rest of the country. Such beggars population is like parasites for the whole community. Governments have no control of such beggars population, neither they pay any attention or take any steps to educate them and insist them to send their children to schools. 

Hence the family panning measures fail in such areas or these have never been implemented to such people. 

The people who are doing family planning are educated, and normally have good resources that even though they don't plan their families, they can properly upbring their children. But such people are not keen to have a lot of children. They are content with 2-3 children. Again, in coming generation the share of educated, skilled and mannered population seems to be low as compared to uneducated and professional beggars population. 

This is going to create a lot of trouble in future for Governments especially in 3rd word countries. Governments have to take this issue very seriously and proper attention be paid to such areas as well.
