Ingredients:
- Eggs: two
- chopped onion one small
- chopped tomatoes one small
- chopped green chili one small
- chopped green coriander three to four branches
- Red Chili powder to taste
- salt to taste
- Oil two table spoon
Recipe:
- Beat Eggs in a bowl.
- Add ingredients from 2-7 in beaten eggs.
- Heat oil in a non stick pan.
- Add the beaten eggs in pan. let it cook on a medium flame until light brown.
- turn the up side of the omelette down very carefully. Let the other side slightly brown.
- Take out omelette in a Plate and enjoy your omelette with bread.
