A Good Job Letter

Writing a job letter is a very difficult technique, but not impossible. You first need to know what kind of job letter you want to write. You should know the basic rules of writing a job letter. 

Date
It is the first thing which you should not forget to mention on top left corner of the letter. 

Way of sending the letter
You should mention, how you will send the letter. Either by email, post or courier.  

Address 
After the date you should mention name or designation of the person your are writing the letter to. You should mention address below the name. 

Subject
You should mention subject of the letter. In job letter your subject is "Job Letter". 

Salutation or greeting
It comes below the subject. You should write, Dear Sir or Dear Madam what ever is the case. 

Body of Letter
In body of letter, you can make different part. Like in first line you will write how you got information of the job and that which post you are applying for. 

In the paragraph below you should give your brief introduction and your basic biodata. 

In next paragraph you should write that why that particular job should be given to you and how you are fit for that job. 

Below the above paragraph you should write a line that copies of all documents have been attached. and in the end paragraph you should give a conclusion of the letter. 

Closing the letter
You should close the letter by "Your Sincerely" or "Your Faithfully" 

Your name and address 
You should write your full name, your address, email address, and mobile number. 

Signature
You should sign the letter, after thoroughly reading it once again.
